CNC Operator Milling / Turning (m/f/d) - Prototype Parts Aviation
THE POSITION
Your Responsibilities
- Set up and adjust our modern 5-axis CNC machines to make sure every process runs smoothly
- Take full ownership for your parts and the machining process from setup to hand over to the part-finishing team
- Work closely with the tool preparation team and select the right tools and clamping devices for each job
- Find and fix problems that come up during production processes and work with the team to solve them quickly
- Check if every part meets our high aviation quality standards
- Keep the workflows in the shop floor organized and efficient
- Measure parts in-process carefully and make sure the process is stable and consistent
- Take initiative and share your ideas - your input can make a real difference
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed professional training as a CNC machinist, industrial mechanic, or in a similar technical field
- Several years of experience in CNC machining, especially with complex metallic prototype parts
- You have experience in milling with Heidenhain control or in turning with Fanuc or Siemens controls
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Be an integral part of our international core team of CNC experts
- Good English communication skills, German language skills are a plus
